Arunas Pemkus

Arunas represents Fipra in Lithuania and is focused on designing and implementing strategic communications and lobbying campaigns for major US, UK and European multinationals.

Arunas graduated from Northwestern University (Chicago) in 1982 receiving a BA in Political Science and Russian Language, and from Georgetown University (Washington, DC) in 1989 with a MS in Accounting. In 1989 he worked in the White House and US Department of State, Bureau of Human Rights. Arunas came to Lithuania in 1993 as the country manager for KPMG’s privatization consulting company. In 1997-1998 Arunas was a senior debate advisor in the election campaign of President Valdas Adamkus and organized his Inauguration ceremonies. He is also Member of the Board of ISM Economics and Management University in Vilnius. Arunas is also involved in charity activities (Member of the Board at Alma Adamkus (Children‘s) Charity and Support Fund and Member of the Board at Lithuanian Catholic Association “Ateitis”.

A US citizen, he has lived and worked in Lithuania for over 20 years and speaks Lithuanian, English, French, and Russian fluently.

Dr. Darius Sauliunas, Senior Consultant

Darius Sauliunas

Darius is focused on research of lobbying campaigns, preparation of certain materials and drafting reports on certain issues.

Darius graduated from Vilnius University (Master of Laws) in 2000. He worked for UNDP and Red Cross in 2000 and started his scientific career in Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. He gained PhD of social sciences and was active researcher for RSVP Consultants since 2004. Darius is also involved in NGO activities (Member of the Board at NGO Law institute).

A Lithuanian citizen, he worked in Lithuania for over 15 years and speaks Lithuanian, English, Russian and Polish fluently.
